345w Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 345w ("345w", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at 345w.app. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service on the 345w platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all services provided by 345w, including sports betting, virtual sports betting, live dealer card games, RNG casino games, the VIP Club programme, and all promotional offers. Where specific game rules, promotional terms, or VIP Club terms exist, they supplement these Terms — in the event of a conflict, the more specific document prevails for the specific product it governs.

345w reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that meaningfully affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via SMS and email no less than 14 days before taking effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarification of existing terms without changing their meaning) may be made without advance notice.

These Terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative text. If any translated version of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version governs.

To access any real-money feature of the 345w platform you must register an account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously held a 345w account that was closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

345w operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account. This is enforced by matching mobile numbers, device identifiers, IP addresses, and payment method details. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact 345w support immediately.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 345w will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify 345w support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

345w may require age and identity verification at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an account review. Verification documents may include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), utility bill, or other documentation deemed acceptable by 345w's compliance team. Accounts under review for verification may have withdrawals placed on hold until the process is complete.

345w accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All balances on the 345w platform are denominated in PKR and there is no currency conversion at any stage.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer (IBFT) and card methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 345w, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose their own daily limits.

Withdrawals at 345w are processed exclusively to payment methods that are:

• Registered and verified on your 345w account, and
• Have previously been used to make a deposit into your 345w account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 345w does not charge a platform-side fee on withdrawals. Processing times vary by tier: standard accounts typically receive funds within 10 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals; VIP Silver members receive priority processing; VIP Gold members receive a 30-minute guarantee; VIP Platinum members receive instant withdrawals. Bank transfer (IBFT) withdrawals may take 1 to 2 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

345w reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending account verification, bonus wagering requirement review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. If a withdrawal is delayed for any of these reasons, 345w will contact you within 24 hours with an explanation.

345w offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum cashout amounts — published on the Promotions page. These specific terms form part of these Terms and Conditions and are equally binding.

General principles that apply to all bonuses at 345w:

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or upon opt-in as specified per offer — you will not need to contact support to claim standard promotions.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement at 345w is between 10x and 30x the bonus amount, as specified per offer.
• In accounts holding both real-money balance and bonus balance, real-money balance is used first for all bets. Bonus balance is applied once your real-money balance reaches zero.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. The welcome bonus is available to new registrations making their first qualifying deposit only.
• 345w reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with notice to affected players where material changes are involved.

All bets placed at 345w are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation unless an obvious technical error — documented and verifiable — resulted in a bet being placed at manifestly incorrect odds. In such cases, 345w will communicate with the affected player directly.

For sports betting, 345w uses competitive odds compiled by our in-house odds team. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed — the odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet, regardless of any subsequent movement.

For live betting, bets placed during a brief network interruption on your end are accepted at the odds valid at the time the bet reaches the 345w server. 345w does not guarantee bet acceptance during live markets — at high-volatility moments (such as immediately following a goal or wicket), bets may be rejected pending odds recalculation.

For casino and card games:

• All RNG games use certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories.
• Live dealer games use physical playing equipment streamed in real time. The result of each hand is determined by the physical outcome visible on the live stream — no post-processing of results occurs.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the server state at the time of disconnection. If a round is incomplete due to a technical fault on the 345w side, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

345w reserves the right to void any bet placed in circumstances that constitute a clear technical error, including but not limited to: odds displayed due to a data feed failure that were manifestly inconsistent with the market, or game outcomes that were demonstrably affected by a software fault. Voided bets are settled by returning the stake to the player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 345w and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to create an account in circumstances designed to circumvent these Terms.
• Providing false information during registration or account verification, including false age, false identity, or misrepresentation of payment method ownership.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using coordinated play to exploit promotions, or any other strategy designed to profit from bonuses without genuine gameplay intent.
• Collusion in card games, including sharing hand information with other players, chip dumping (deliberately losing to transfer chips to a co-player), or any form of coordinated play against other genuine players.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that automates betting decisions or gameplay actions without genuine manual input by the account holder.
• Exploitation of software errors or bugs. If you identify an error that results in incorrect odds, incorrect payouts, or any unintended advantage, you are required to stop playing and contact 345w support immediately. Any winnings accrued through deliberate exploitation of a known error are not withdrawable and will be forfeited.
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal financial activity. 345w complies with anti-money laundering obligations and reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Harassment of other players or 345w staff through any communication channel associated with the platform.

345w is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or harm. The following tools are available in every 345w account:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit.
• Loss limits — limit how much you can lose over a defined period before further betting is blocked.
• Session time reminders — receive an alert after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily restrict your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing it.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account with a minimum six-month exclusion period.

Responsible gaming restrictions take effect immediately upon activation. Removal of a restriction (other than permanent self-exclusion) is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period — deposit limit increases, for example, do not take effect for 7 days after the request.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 345w platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the 345w platform without prior written authorisation.

Any use of the 345w brand name, logo, or platform content in connection with third-party services, affiliate marketing (without an active affiliate agreement), or any other commercial activity is prohibited without explicit written permission from 345w.

345w provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and reliability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or delays. Scheduled maintenance, which may temporarily affect platform availability, will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345w's liability to any player is limited to the return of the player's stake in the relevant disputed bet or game round. 345w is not liable for:

• Loss of profits or anticipated winnings.
• Loss arising from decisions made based on incorrect third-party data (such as live scores from external providers).
• Losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

Dispute resolution: If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, bonus, or account action taken by 345w, the process is as follows:

• Step 1 — Contact 345w support via live chat with full details of the dispute.
• Step 2 — If unresolved within 48 hours, escalate to email at support@345w.app marked "Formal Dispute".
• Step 3 — A senior review will be completed within 7 business days with a written response.

345w's decision following the formal dispute process is final and binding in relation to platform-level matters. All disputes are resolved under the terms of this agreement and the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which 345w is licensed.

You may close your 345w account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal market outcome and the result credited before the final withdrawal is processed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

345w may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account activity has been identified as suspicious, fraudulent, or potentially connected to money laundering.
• You have provided false information during registration or verification.
• Continuing to operate your account would expose 345w to legal or regulatory risk.
• You have placed duplicate accounts in breach of the one-account rule.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of Terms, 345w reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited. If the investigation does not confirm a breach, the balance will be returned in full.

345w reviews these Terms regularly and updates them as required to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or operational practices. The current version of the Terms is always published at 345w.app/terms-conditions with the effective date displayed at the top of the page.

Players will be notified of material changes — those that meaningfully affect your rights, obligations, or the core terms of the relationship between you and 345w — by SMS and email to the contact details registered on your account, no less than 14 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
